We are pleased to announce a new Erasmus+ bilateral agreement between our Department of Energy Systems Engineering at İzmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) and the Department of Geoenergy Engineering at Montanuniversität Leoben in Austria.

Within the scope of this partnership:

• 4 students from each institution will have the opportunity to participate in a semester-long exchange program.
• In addition, one academic staff member from each side will carry out a short-term teaching mobility (5 days).

This collaboration aims to enhance international cooperation in education and research within the field of energy systems engineering. The partnership will merge IZTECH’s expertise in energy technologies with TU Leoben’s strength in geoenergy, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary exchange and innovation.

We wish this cooperation to bring valuable opportunities to all our students and academic staff.
