Dr. Mufit Altin is a senior researcher in power systems analysis and control, smart grids, modeling and grid integration of renewable energy systems. After completing his PhD in the area of modeling and control of wind power plants from Aalborg University (Denmark) in 2012, he continued his postdoctoral studies at the Technical University of Denmark for 6 years before joining IZTECH. Dr. Altin is an IEEE Senior Member and a reviewer in many journals, especially in IEEE journals.

Assoc. Dr. Beni Çukurel received his MA (2008) from Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering and his PhD (2012) from the Von Karman Institute. His research interests include basic and applicable heat transfer, development of measurement techniques, gas turbine equipment analysis.
