The announcement regarding Internship Application Forms is as follows:

During the application process regarding the compulsory internships that students must complete in the departments, in addition to the current internship application form, in accordance with the “YÖK Applied Education Framework Regulation” Article 13, paragraph 8, for students who are not dependents, the “Entitlement Document” must also be submitted to the departments in order to ensure that general health insurance provisions are applied. Insurance transactions regarding forms that do not receive the “Entitlement Document” together with the “Internship Application Form” will not be carried out. Students can obtain the relevant document via “E-Government”.
