Mandatory Internship Applications to Be Conducted Digitally

In order to ensure a more accurate and efficient process for mandatory internship applications, the Internship Management System, developed through the collaboration of the Information Technologies Department and the Faculty of Engineering Dean’s Office, will be officially put into use as of January 7, 2026.

Within this framework, students who plan to carry out their mandatory internships during the interim period between January 26, 2025 and February 20, 2026, as defined in the 2025–2026 Academic Calendar, are required to submit their applications via the Internship Management System available at https://stajbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr.

Due to the system being newly implemented, in order to prevent any potential loss of rights or possible penalties related to Social Security (SGK) procedures that may arise from technical issues during the application process, the existing application method involving the submission of internship application forms with an official cover letter will remain valid exclusively for this interim period.
