Applications for the additional examinations available to students who reached the maximum period of study at the end of the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be accepted between September 4 and 8, 2026.

Final-year students who have reached the maximum period of study will be granted two additional examination rights for courses they have never taken and/or courses for which they received an FF, FD, NA, or U grade, excluding practical courses and courses containing a practical component.

Students who have only one remaining course at the end of the maximum period of study and have acquired an unlimited right to take examinations may participate in either the first or the second additional examination, but not both.

Application and examination schedule

• Application dates: September 4-8, 2026
• Announcement of eligible students on the Department website: September 10, 2026
• First additional examinations: September 14-16, 2026
• Second additional examinations: September 23-24, 2026

Students who do not apply within the specified period or who fail to exercise their examination right despite applying will not be granted this right at a later date.
